Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Autotelics, LLC, doing business as Call In Studio (“Call In Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you visit our websites or use our telephone, audio, video, messaging, recording, transcription, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
This policy does not change the fact that a Call In Studio customer is responsible for its own show, meeting, callers, guests, recordings, and legal obligations. If you participate in a customer’s call or meeting, that customer may have its own privacy notice and policies.
Information We Collect
- Account and contact information: name, email address, account credentials, organization information, and communications with us.
- Billing and transaction information: account balance, purchases, credits, invoices, payment status, and records needed to administer payments. Payment-card information is handled by payment providers and is not intended to be stored by Call In Studio except as necessary to administer payment tokens or transaction records.
- Communications and service information: telephone numbers, caller and recipient information, call routing and session information, messages, chat, support requests, recordings, voicemails, audio, video, uploaded files, and transcripts when you or a customer enable the relevant feature.
- Device, log, and usage information: IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, pages or features used, diagnostic information, cookies, and security logs.
- Information from service providers: information needed to confirm a payment, provide telephone or video service, prevent fraud, secure the Services, or otherwise operate the feature you request.
How We Use Information We use personal information to provide, operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services; create and administer accounts; process payments; route communications; store and deliver recordings and other Customer Content; provide transcription or other features you enable; respond to support requests; communicate about the Services; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our Terms of Use.
We do not use Customer Content to train our own general-purpose artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. We do not authorize third parties to use Customer Content submitted through the Services for their own general-purpose AI or machine-learning training. If you enable a transcription or other content-processing feature, the applicable content may be sent to a service provider solely to provide that feature, subject to the provider’s applicable service terms and data-processing commitments.
How We Disclose Information We may disclose personal information to service providers that process information on our behalf, including communications, video, cloud-storage, payment, email, security, customer-support, and transcription providers. We disclose only what is reasonably necessary for the applicable service. We may also disclose information to the customer that operates the show, call, or meeting in which you participate; at your direction or with your consent; to comply with law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process; and to protect the rights, safety, security, and property of Call In Studio, our users, or others.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not permit third parties to collect personal information about your online activities across unrelated websites through the Services for their own advertising purposes.
Recording and Transcription Some Services allow a customer to record, retain, replay, download, transcribe, or distribute communications. The customer that enables these features is responsible for providing notices and obtaining any consent required by law. Call In Studio may process recordings and transcripts to provide the selected feature, secure and troubleshoot the Services, comply with law, or enforce our Terms. Participants should ask the customer operating the call or meeting about that customer’s recording and retention practices.
Cookies and Similar Technologies We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to provide account access, maintain sessions, remember preferences, understand service performance, and protect the Services. Our current Services do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because no uniform industry standard governs those signals. If we begin engaging in cross-context behavioral advertising or change our response to a recognized browser privacy control, we will update this policy and any required notices.
Retention We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate business purposes. Retention periods vary according to the type of information, the feature used, the customer’s settings and instructions, legal requirements, and operational needs. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information for longer periods where permitted by law.
Your Choices and Requests You may update certain account information through the Services. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing mail@callinstudio.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law, including to complete a transaction, protect security, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Account deletion does not necessarily delete Customer Content or records that a customer, legal requirement, or legitimate retention need requires us to keep.
California Privacy Rights California residents may have rights under applicable California privacy law to know, access, correct, delete, and limit certain uses or disclosures of personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where applicable. To submit a request, email mail@callinstudio.com with “California Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights available to you under applicable law. We will honor a valid opt-out preference signal where required by applicable law.
Children’s Privacy The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without the consent required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided us personal information without appropriate consent, contact us at mail@callinstudio.com.
Security We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy here with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide additional notice when required by law. We will not use previously collected personal information in a materially new way without notice and any consent required by law.
